Investment conditions

Participants can choose between two options offered by the Grenada citizenship programme:

  • $150,000  — a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund;

  • $220,000  — purchase of the real estate.

The fund contribution sum for a family of four is $200,000. An investor must pay an additional $25,000 to $75,000 for every family member starting from the fifth. 

The purchase of real estate allows one to invest in the properties approved by the government; they usually are hotels. The share in the project can be sold 5 years later, and the money returned.
